Has anyone had a worker's comp or third party claim that has settled?

I'm in the process of going through a worker's comp claim and had to appeal a doctor's assessment through the WCC and I was successful so now I'm just waiting...

Because I had a car accident whilst travelling home, I'm also under third party.

Has anyone else gone through this? If so, what kind of settlement did you end up getting? You don't have to give an exact figure - it could be $50K+ / $100K+, that sorta thing..
